Unbridled Way Forward is a heart centered mental health and wellbeing practice that helps people move through hard emotional places by incorporating horses, nature, and mindfulness. We work with adult individuals and groups and offer a variety of equine assisted services, providing curated, one-of-a-kind experiences for healing and growth.
Now in our 7th year, Unbridled is raising money for our “Senior Horse Fund” that supports the special needs and end of life care for our 4-horse herd, which ranges in age from 21-29 years old. Three years ago, we made a commitment to accept only horses donated and retired from riding programs who are ready to find a new purpose – helping people through on the ground, facilitated experiences.
Whether people or horses, I believe that purpose provides hope. We have seen time and time again how the people we serve are inspired by the stories of resilience our herd represents. Unbridled Way Forward is not only helping people, but we are also helping the vital team members who make this work so powerful.
