I get to be at the farm every day, and I see the little moments that don’t always make it into photos or posts. Someone relaxing their shoulders. Taking a breath. Letting their guard down just a bit.
And a lot of that happens because of the horses.
They don’t ask anything of you. They don’t judge. They just meet you where you are, and somehow that’s exactly what people need.
I think that’s why this work sticks with me so much. It’s not big, dramatic changes all the time. It’s small, real shifts that build over time.
Being part of Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga means I get to see that up close, and it’s the reason I care so much about making sure we can keep doing it.
So I’m raising money to support the horses who make all of this possible and to help keep this space here for the people who need it.
If you feel called to support or even just share, it really does go a long way.
