I’m fundraising in support of the Tula Vida Foundation because their work matters deeply to me.

Tula Vida Foundation is very special to me. I host my annual retreat for helping professionals at Tula Vida, and I have experienced firsthand the healing power of this land, the horses, and the people who steward this work with such care. As a psychotherapist and retreat host, I’ve witnessed how meaningful transformation can happen when people are given space to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in relationship with nature and horses. Through thoughtfully and professionally facilitated experiences, participants are offered opportunities for grounding, reflection, emotional healing, and renewed connection.

During May, Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m working to help this program reach its fundraising goal so their care and support can continue to be available in the community.

Your donation goes directly to this program, supporting equine-assisted mental health experiences, care for the rescue horses who make this work possible, and access to healing programs for individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford support.
