Since 2002, DreamPower Horsemanship has been doing something remarkable — helping people heal through the power of horses.
As an award-winning PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center DreamPower brings together California-licensed mental health clinicians, certified therapeutic riding and driving instructors, and equine specialists to offer programs that meet people exactly where they are. Their clients include military veterans and their families, law enforcement officers and their families, neurodivergent children and children with special needs, children who have or have had cancer and their siblings, and so many others.
I’ve seen this work firsthand. It changes people.
DreamPower’s herd of 24 horses, ponies, and one very beloved miniature donkey makes this possible through groundwork, horseback riding, carriage driving, and vaulting. More than 300 volunteers show up every year to support them.

Wonderful cause, thank you for volunteering your time! Being able to mentally ‘transport’ yourself to a happy place is priceless.
It’s an awesome organization that does so much good. And it has horses!
