Forever Amber Acres

Forever Amber Acres is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope and healing to Active Duty service members, Veterans, First Responders, their families, and civilians throughout Northeast Ohio and surrounding communities. Through innovative equine-assisted therapy, learning, and wellness programs, we provide powerful, evidence-based support for those facing trauma and related challenges.  All Veteran Equine Therapy Service Programs (V. E. T. S.) —  completely free of charge.

Our licensed treatment team works alongside rescued and rehabilitated horses to create a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can process, rebuild, and rediscover strength. The unique bond between humans and horses fosters trust, resilience, emotional regulation, and renewed purpose. At the same time, we provide a permanent safe haven for horses in need — giving a voice to the voiceless on both ends of the lead line.

We operate entirely through the generosity of donors and the dedication of volunteers. Every session, every rescued horse, and every life changed is made possible by community support. Without financial contributions, we cannot sustain the care of our horses or continue offering services at no cost to those who have sacrificed so much for us.
