Horses for Mental Health (HMH) is proud to serve as the nonprofit fiscal sponsor for Equine Expressions, an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning Program helping children, teens and adults, challenged by trauma depression, anxiety, loss/grief, abuse, violence and life challenges. Their innovative, ground-based sessions—guided by a team of licensed mental health professionals and equine specialists—fosters hope, healing and resilience on their private and  peaceful 32-acre farm,

• Develop skills to foster resilience and healing for victims of trauma and loss
