I am a member of the Tarpan Horse Conservation Program. I am a lifelong naturalist, trained botanist, teacher, and equestrian. In 2018, I met Melinda and her Tarpan geldings. Melinda and I have worked together with her Tarpan horses using natural horsemanship methods and invited others to demonstrations with her herd. These Tarpan horses are full of personality and feelings that the are eager to share with whoever tries to interact with them. In May, we look forward to hosting opportunities for individuals with limitations to connect with Tarpan horses.
