As May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, I’ve chosen to help CX Solid in reaching their goal so they can continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of all first responders.
CX Solid is a place to go that makes you truly feel supported and understood without needing to explain yourself. The connection, the quiet moments, and the experience with the horses create a kind of understanding that goes beyond conversation. Somehow, they just know. They respond in ways that reflect what’s going on beneath the surface, that you may not even know about. As someone who has spent time there, I can say it has been incredibly impactful to me. It gave me a place to just be me and let my guard down, to not worry about everything going on around me, and learn in new ways.
I first met the CX Solid team at a First Responders Mental Health conference last year. Since then, this journey has come full circle. What started as something that helped me deeply has now become something I’m proud to support and share with others.
I invite you to join me in supporting CX Solid and the important work they do whether its a donation, raising awareness, or by sharing this with others, together, we can give back to those who serve and help them find their footing again.
