Help me raise $1,500 to expand access to trauma-informed, equine-assisted mental health care in Northwest Indiana.
This year, I’ve set a personal goal of raising $1,500 to support the next phase of growth at Anam Cara Counseling.
When I founded Anam Cara, it was rooted in a simple conviction: healing must be relational and embodied. Over the past decade, I’ve watched veterans find steadiness again, teens reconnect with their bodies, survivors rebuild trust, and families begin to repair.
Now we are stepping into expansion.
We are strengthening our facilities — completing essential improvements like stall and feed room upgrades, and expanded office space — so we can hire additional therapists and sustainably serve more individuals and families in our community.
This isn’t about adding more programs.
It’s about building the capacity to do this work well for years to come.
If Anam Cara has touched your life — or if you believe trauma-informed, equine-assisted mental health care should be accessible in Northwest Indiana — I would be honored if you would consider contributing.
Every gift, at any level, moves us forward.
Thank you for standing with this work.
Thank you for being part of this next chapter.
