Support Our Organization

Mental health services are difficult to access, and traditional therapy does not work for everyone. Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed, resistant, shut down, or disconnected.

Every week, I watch horses help people find words they didn’t know they had.

Equine-assisted psychotherapy creates a space where clients—especially youth and trauma survivors—can heal without feeling pressured to “just talk.” In the presence of a horse, guarded teens soften, anxious kids regulate, and individuals who struggle to trust begin building connection again. Equine-assisted psychotherapy offers an experiential alternative—where healing happens through movement, relationship, and connection with nature.

Your support helps us:

  • Offer scholarships to youth and individuals in need

  • Train and retain highly skilled equine specialists and mental health professionals

  • Maintain safe arenas, fencing, and therapeutic spaces

  • Ensure our horses are well cared for, healthy, and supported as partners in this work

We are building something sustainable for our community. Your donation helps create a foundation for long-term healing access in the Rogue Valley.

  1. I’d love to donate more one day. I support what your doing and will forever be grateful for the time I got to be apart of it. The space and transformation you facilitate is truly magic. Thank you for trusting and investing in me. I wish you success and fulfillment!!!

  2. Horses are such a powerful way to experience connection, body and emotion awareness and healing. I love that Ruby Ranch Mental Health pairs them with evidenced-based therapeutic treatment.
