I’m raising money for Equellness because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful this work can be. I spend my time supporting people in recovery who are working to find balance and stability in their lives, and I’ve watched how equine-assisted experiences create real, lasting change in ways that traditional approaches often can’t.
I’ve also experienced this work personally and have been genuinely amazed by the impact it can have. Horses have a unique way of helping people slow down, become more aware, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
Equellness is creating a safe and supportive space where people can build community, practice new ways of coping, and find a greater sense of balance and wellbeing through connection with horses and nature. I’m excited to be part of helping this work grow and reach more people who need it.
