For many individuals & Veterans, healing isn’t about finding the right words~it’s about finding a space that finally feels safe.
I’m proud to support Anam Cara as an Ambassador for the Horses For Mental Health Campaign.
The services they provide go beyond traditional approaches to mental health. Through holistic, equine-assisted services, they create a mutually beneficial space for regulation, trust-building, & connection~things that can be especially difficult to access after experiencing trauma.
As a Veteran, this kind of work matters deeply to me. Healing doesn’t always happen through words, and being in an environment where you can reconnect with yourself without pressure is powerful.
I’ve personally seen how impactful it can be to experience a space like this~one that allows you to feel safe, be present, and be your authentic self. Anam Cara brings this type of healing and many other mental health & wellness benefits to our community.
