I’m fundraising in support of Hearts & Horses because this work matters deeply to me.
At Hearts & Horses, we provide life-changing equine-assisted services for individuals facing mental health challenges, including Veterans and children navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.
I believe in this work because I have seen firsthand the profound impact that horses can have in helping people regulate emotions, rebuild trust, and rediscover confidence. There is something uniquely powerful about the connection between humans and horses that creates space for healing in a way few other approaches can.
Through thoughtfully and professionally facilitated experiences with horses, people are offered space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward in meaningful ways.
During May, Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m working to help Hearts & Horses reach its fundraising goal so their care and support can continue to be available in the community.
Your donation goes directly to this program, supporting care for our incredible herd, sustaining our programs, and ensuring that no one is turned away from the support they need.
