As many of you know, I have brought groups of therapists to Costa Rica the past 10 years to work with the Tula Vida horses. The experiences we have had have been nothing short of life changing. The horses are natural healers, and we have come to find out that they are excellent Sand Play holders as well!
I’m fundraising as part of the Horses for Mental Health Campaign to support the Tula Vida Scholarship Fund, so more therapists and first responders can experience this who wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
