As the Volunteer Manager at Hickory Top Farm and as a new instructor in training, I see every day how powerful the connection between horses and humans can be. A quiet moment grooming, a child who sits on a horse for the first time, or the pride of leading a horse around the farm provides a unique confidence and peace for not only our participants but for our volunteers as well.
I am raising money to ensure that more participants and volunteers can experience these transformational moments. Every gift keeps our horses healthy, our programs accessible, and our participants moving forward.
