Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up around them taught me responsibility, patience, resilience, and the incredible connection that can exist between animals and humans. Now, I’m raising my own family with those same values and experiences, and I’ve seen firsthand the healing and emotional impact horses can have on people of all ages and backgrounds.
Mental health is something that is deeply close to my heart, which is why supporting Horses for Mental Health, and Desert Sky Equine Connection, means so much to me. Horses have a unique ability to help people process emotions, reduce stress, build trust, and find peace in ways that words alone often cannot. Equine-assisted programs have become a powerful source of healing for individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional exhaustion.
I especially want to support our military members, veterans, and frontline workers — the people who carry such heavy burdens every day through high levels of stress, trauma, and emotional fatigue. These individuals give so much of themselves while serving and protecting others, and they deserve meaningful support and access to healing resources.
By raising money for Horses for Mental Health, and Desert Sky Equine Connection, I hope to help expand access to programs that can truly change lives. Every donation helps provide opportunities for healing, connection, and hope through the incredible bond between humans and horses.
