Horses are a key tenant of why I am still here today. Growing up with a chronic disability and ADHD I always felt separated from my peers. Horses do not care about this and will match your energy. If you are present they are present. Through my time at Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue the horses helped me combat my own demons and find a way forward. The farm is donation funded and every amount of money helps keep this program going.
